How can I change when my subscription box ships?

If you want to reschedule an upcoming order, you can manage it all from the “Next Box” tab in your Account page. So whether you want to change the date, skip the order, pause your subscription, or send the goods now, it’s just a couple clicks away.

What if I don’t need an upcoming shipment?

Here, you call all the shots. You can easily skip an upcoming shipment or pause a subscription by clicking the “Next Box” tab in your Account page.

Please note that each product has its own subscription, so you may need to do this for multiple items depending on your needs.

What if I run out of something before my next box ships?

You can place an on-demand order at any time. Just add the product(s) to your cart and check out, and they’ll ship shortly. 

You can also change the ship date for any active subscription from the “Next Box” tab in your Account page.

How do I switch razors?

If you want to switch to a different razor, simply select the razors you want, choose the quantity and subscription frequency you’d like, then add your new subscription. 

P.S. Don’t forget to cancel the old you’re switching from.
