LOOKING TO EDIT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION?

To edit your subscription or account details, follow the instructions below.

1. SIGN IN

Sign in here.

2. VISIT "MY SUBSCRIPTIONS"

Click "My Subscriptions" at the top of the page. Please note that updating your shipping address via "Account Details" at the bottom of the My Account page will NOT impact future subscription orders.

3. WANT TO CHANGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD?

You can change your shipping address for a single subscription by viewing your subscription's "Billing" section and clicking "Edit". You can change your payment method for all of your active subscriptions by scrolling all the way down to the bottom of the page and clicking "Send Email". We will then send you a secure link via email where you can change your credit card information for all future subscription orders.

4. WANT TO CHANGE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS?

You can change your shipping address for a single subscription by viewing your subscription's "Shipping" section and clicking "Edit". Please note that if you have multiple subscriptions, you must edit your shipping address for each individual subscription.

5. WANT TO ADJUST YOUR FREQUENCY OR PAUSE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION?

You can adjust your frequency for a single subscription by viewing your subscription's frequency under the product title on your subscriptions dashboard and adjusting it. You can choose delivery from every 1-4 months. Please note that if you have multiple subscriptions, you must edit your frequency for each individual subscription. To pause your subscription, click "Pause Subscription" under your subscription in your Subscriptions dashboard. To reactivate a subscription, click "Reactivate" next to that subscription in your Subscriptions dashboard.
